We offer shipping services to all provinces in South Africa. Please note a flat rate of R150.00 will be charged extra to your purchase if you spend less than R500.00 in your cart. If the purchase is over R500.00 shipping is free of charge. Biari Baby Boutique takes no responsibility for incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers. 

Biari Baby Boutique has a no return or exchange policy, except if flaws in workmanship is found. This applies for shipped products.

We reserve the right to deny refund to sender without prior return approval. All claims need to be submitted within 7 days of the purchase.
